Wanted RS4 Avant B7 & what about this one?

I'm about to draft an advert this weekend and put my car up for sale as we are looking at buying a more expensive house in a couple of months so i need to free up some cash. I'll be looking for £21,500 and the car will come with a set of RS6 alloys (no tyres) and a Vagcom laptop and lead included in that price.

Me again...a bit more urgent now as I've crashed my daily runner into a stone wall after hitting ice and have been told it's a write off (fortunately it was a small shunt at 25mph). I do need to replace this asap and thought I'd have one last go on here to see if anyone was just about to advertise their car.

Again, ideal spec is Daytona Grey Avant with the usual extras and spec. Budget up to about £22k, but test me if you've got low miles etc.

Cheese - I looked at Benm7's black avant a couple of weeks ago and its in very nice condition. 60k miles, 4 owners and he's asking £22300.
He may move on that price… Its an ex uber GT car and still has warranty until Feb'13 so its completely sorted.
