WANTED: B7 RS4 Avant, Low Miles, Sprint Blue

Hi everyone,

The title says it all really! I'm looking for the following:

B7 RS4 Avant
Max 40k miles
Max £25k

All the nice stuff (that they all seem to have anyway?) - Heated seats, Elec windows, Cruise, Parking sensors, etc...

Sunroof would be nice but not essential.

It would be great to find one with the miltek valve cat-back etc (oval ends if I'm able to be ridiculously picky! ) and possibly stage 1 remap etc.
A checked and/or decoked engine would be nice. I saw one the other week that had the inlet manifold modification to stop it happening again, but I missed that one by a day! :'(

...and brakes that don't need replacing next month!

Hi Crafty,

Due to a new project I'm involved in, I'm now looking to sell my Sprint Blue B7 RS4.

It is an 06 on a 56 plate. I am the 3rd owner, and have owned it for 2 years and this is my 3rd B7 RS4 and my 5th RS4. I always buy my cars based upon a combination of age, mileage and condition and looked for it for 3 months before I found a near perfect vehicle, but whilst it has a great spec and has been loved and cherished with no expense spared.... it has 68K.

- 19" RS4 alloys four of which have been refurbished with new valves
- Flat bottom steering wheel
- Bucket seats
- Heated front and rear seats
- Carbon fibre inlays
- Sat nav
- Bluetooth
- Front and rear parking sensors
- Auto headlights
- Auto wipers
- Auto Dim dip mirrors
- 6 CD auto changer in glovebox
- Electric glass tilt and slide sunroof
- Rear side air bags
- Curtain air bags

Recent new discs and pads all round.
Recent oil cooler

It's completely stock, and could very easily be upgraded with Millteks new inflow system and remap for under your budget

Hi, I'd be interested if the OP isn't.

What are the tyres, brakes etc like? When's the next service due? Has the Drc, aux rads etc had any attention under warranty?

Would you sell privately or only through Fontain?

Happy to sell privately, or through Fontain.

To the best of my knowledge no extra work under warranty.

I had 1 of the oil rads done 12 months ago. not due a service for 5-6K, New discs all round 9K ago. Had them re-ground 100 miles ago by RS4 recommended disc grinding chappy, Marcus, from Cambridge (excellent service!) Perfect alloys and paint. seat bolsters perfect. Thoroughly attached, but something has to give!

It did have 4 nicely matching Vriesteins on with 9-10mm at the back and 4-5mm at the front until 2 weeks ago. now it has 1 brand new Conti on the front with 1 4-5mm Vreistein plus the two fairly new Vreisteins on the back with 9-10mm

Not sure what the DRC is and have never had any reason to find out. Unsure whether that is good or bad.

I am happy to sell privately as it stands, but I will need to pay Fontain for sticking it in their showroom and fielding calls for a couple weeks, but let me know, and I can probably arrange for you to see it at fontain.

I'm not fussy about who buys it or how really, although obviously being as I have a passion for these beasts, I would rather that it went to a fellow enthusiast. If you really are interested PM me tomorrow.

New ad up for a Sprint Blue Avant local to me. No pics yet on the ad, but sounds a nice one with low miles.

These cars are hard to sell in Northern Ireland, so I reckon there could be a deal to be done.
