Purchased via Audi Approved Used in Huddersfield in June 2011 for £27,850 @ 42k miles with 2 previous owners.

Full Audi dealership service history. MOT until March 2013. 6 months tax. Just been serviced this month.

Car is used daily and always treated with respect. Properly warmed and cooled before and after spirited driving. The car has been cherished and is in immaculate condition. I have washed the car at least once a week and it has received quality detailing products for the duration of my ownership. Currently has 2 layers of premium wax for protection. It has only ever been fuelled with Shell V-Power.

Two sets of keys, all receipts and invoices. Two owner books with warranty info and all service history.

The Aluminium look window trim has been professionally vinyl wrapped in black. The front grills and rear boot scratch plate have also been vinyl wrapped in a carbon effect wrap. All wraps can be removed if you prefer the silver. I can do this for you if you prefer.

Small amount of finance still to be paid on vehicle. This will be settled over the phone at point of sale with buyer present. All paperwork available for peace of mind.

If you have done your research you’ll know the B7 RS4 has a few common issues unless attended properly by a competent mechanic – even Audi Approved sometimes miss these issues. I have had ALL of these common issue examined and rectified under warranty or my own cost if required:

Steering rack pin – replaced and repaired.

DRC suspension – 1 of 4 on this car was ‘misting’ and out of precaution I had all 4 shocks replaced with the redesigned shocks and recharged by Aberdeen Audi. I also had Audi Aberdeen install upgraded H&R sports springs at the same time.

Oil cooler pipes – I had the old pipes removed and new installed at my own cost. The cooler itself is corrosion free.

Sticky clutch pipe - replaced and does not stick

Seat bolsters – commonly these deflate over time due to a valve fault. I had the whole system checked and the valve replaced. These seats do not lose any air and remain as they should.

Exhaust flaps – mine were checked and all operate as they should.

Vacuum – Vacuum system checked for leaks and none were found. Car still operates the airbox flap (small kick and boost in power at 5k rpm) as it should and pulls very well.

3rd gear synchro – absolutely as it should be. Clutch is also perfect.

ECU connector – often brings up a fault. Mine was replaced at time of purchase.

Carbon build up – I had this checked and mine does not suffer from ‘coking’ as some examples do. Mechanic commented that it was totally clean and was the cleanest he'd seen out of half a dozen other clean examples.

Alu-look window trim – I had this replaced with new alu-look trim at time of purchase. Commonly it looks corroded with typical cleaners. Underneath the vinyl wrap the trim is brand new and properly protected.

Additional info:

Brake discs and pads all replaced by Audi before initial purchase – discs have roughly 75% life left. Pads have roughly 60% life. Recent health check shows no faults or issues.

Pirelli P-Zero Rossa (higher 96Y rating) with an even 5-6mm all round. Alloy wheels are in excellent condition. One was refurbished to correct a couple of marks.

No marks or tears on interior leather – bolsters are in excellent shape. No dings or dents and paintwork is stunning. Car received some paint when I purchased the vehicle to correct some 'not as described' marks from Huddersfield Audi. You'd never know as it was blended perfectly, just being honest. I had it machine polished afterwards to correct a few minor finish blemishes.

This is as good as these cars come and I will be sad to see it go. I spent 6 months (viewed 7 RS4s) looking for a good example – there are many uncared for examples. Buyer will have themselves an excellent shape car with worry free high-end motoring.

£21,995 ono – Car is located in Aberdeen

Had I not bought one in August with almost identical spec (also from Aberdeen) I would be knocking on your door this week

Great spec, good luck with the sale.

I've now added some decent photos to give you guys a better idea of condition.

As you can see it's as good as they come :)

I'd certainly try and stretch your budget. You won't find one in better condition, whatever the mileage.

Airport is 10 minutes away and I'd happily pick you up.

I can also take photos of any part of the car you'd like to see in advance with my new camera.

I wouldn't waste your time by letting you fly up to see something not worthwhile :)

I flew to Exeter to pick up an M3 a few years back, 10 hour drive home was great!

Had thought about that, but I own a shoe repair Shop which I run on my own.Closing for a day or two could cost me a few hundred quid in lost custom,so not viable I'm afraid.
Unless your house move is bringing you anywhere near Cambridge??? :bigwave:

you can use http://www.transportingcars.co.uk - i used them twice and first time when I bought my RS4. I lived in Southampton back then and the car was in Newcastle. They checked the car and reported the results, stayed with the owner whilst i did the CHAPS transfer, then, next morning it arrived on a back of the transporter. they transport many super and exotic cars and also store them and can be trusted 100%.

very well worth it if you want the car.
