Amen to that, brother.

At least if Nils has a B5 he 'may' turn up to the occasional f*cking meet :smile_smoking:

LOL that's abit harsh Timothy!

Nah your right actually, my commitment has been abit slack, but I promise if I'm still in another S/RS I will be there for them all... (ok not ALL, a few more than current I can promise)

Still trying anything I can to keep the RS Tim!!!

I've had a couple of interested parties but to be honest this has just made me even more determined to keep her!

I'm currently in dispute with my previous insurers regarding my NCD and trying to contest the claim for injuries that has been made against my policy.

I've got a solicitor to draw me up an appeal letter, requesting a full enquiry on the claim.

Plus, I had 11 years not protected prior to the incident, and as they only accept 5 as a maximum, once a claim had been made, i lost 2 years, so effectively now only have 3 years NCD rather than 9??? So i'm also querying this...

You want believe the drama i'm having to go through, AAAARGH

That wouldn't be MoreThan RSA would it? I had the exact same issues but won out in the end after much correspondence including full reinstatement of NCD, PM me if you want to chat. :beerchug:

Thanks guys, no updates as of yet, the issues are with SwiftCover, and I would never go with MoreThan again regardless of how cheap they are, I have had issues with them in the past too, mainly due to the fact that no one in their call centre could speak or understand simple English!!!!

P_G you have PM mate

Swift cover are to be avoided at all costs,if all you want is a bit of paper saying your insured then that's fine,my mate has an approved bodyshop and turns there work away, premiums are cheap but so is everything else.I hope you get what's rightfully yours NILLSJ I think you will have to get regulating bodies involved and push hard, good luck mate it would be good to see you keep the Rs
