ok let me say to anybody reading this that Steve is totally innocent in all of this, but SO am i, has to why the police are, and never really had anything to do with this is a question i have been asked thousands of times and one i still cannot answer. I thought i had mentioned the letter but i was asked by quite a few people about the car at that time even from a guy in scotland. I was done with it Steve cos it was dragging me down, but after seeing it for sale yet again ive decided to hell with it, like you ,i don't deserve to be ripped off and I now intend to (if i can) get some kind of compo, when the car was sold on to the dealer i called the guy who stole this car from me who then threatened to kill myself and my family again police did nothing. Please understand Steve that I now have to be careful what i say because of the hopefully "pending" case.All the best to you Steve you are in no way at fault, regards to you. Ace...

Thanks Ace, you do seem a genuine guy and i hope you get something out of it in the end. although im hoping more compo rather than the car if im honest as im sure you are too. It was a real CU*NTS trick. I would like you to keep me upto date (privately) if you think there is anything i need to know.
You dont need to tell me the in's and out's but im not sure the dealers are still trading? If not i hope your claim is against the director/owner himself and not the company.

I really can't see how the RS even comes into the equation here. Ace got caught-out, and yes ripped off... by receiving a dodgy X5.
The Audi was and is a legit car, that has legally (though not morally) been sold on several times by the original con-artists.
Said blokes however, are not thieves of the Audi.

Surely ace, your only recourse is to try and claim for the dodgy BMW ?
The RS was only part of the overall deal.

Real shame it happened fella but I guess it's the ol' Caveat emptor, once again.
