How to find out optional extras fitted

What is the best way of finding out what options a car was specc'd with? Struggling to get straight answers from some traders, they just don't seem to know. Seems to be an Audi thing. So many ads on autotrader with incorrect or missing info.

There used to be a
Sticker with all the option codes both in the car boot and in the front page of the log book. Not sure if this is still the case with newer cars.
Codes can then be decoded with the power of the internet. I guess AI might do a pretty decent job of it too.

The easiest is to create an account in the myAudi app.
When you enter your cars VIN, it will provide you with a detailed breakdown of all standard and optional equipment.
