Reverse error

Seems to be doing this more frequent now. Put it into reverse and it will clunk or whatever then when reversing it will throw a warning up

On the dash anybody had an issues like this before, drives fine in all the gears just reverse it has a tantrum with
Stage 2 mrc, Pre cats removed, Milltek Resonated, Bilstein B14 Coilovers, MRC De carbon, Deflapped MRC, RR 434BHP, Pandora alarm system, 8mm Rear spacers
Cold air feed, Refurbed caliper colour change, Carbon piller, Carbon dash ends
