KW lowering springs

Post by andywhiting » Wed Dec 20, 2023 8:20 am

Long time RS owner here. Had my current B8 (had RS2 and B7 before) for 5 years and made few subtle upgrades over the years. It’s done 60k miles, had DRC refreshed last year but now thinking to swap out old springs for KW height adjustable ones. I find the ride a bit floaty so looking for modest improvement without damaging usability. Any feedback from others who’ve fitted KW lowering springs?

I have them fitted. seem great if im honest. looks fab and handles well. not bouncy or harsh.

The only issue i have is they squeak on uneaven surfaces. Bumps like speed bumps arnt an issue or corners but left / right jiggling over potholes makes something squeak.

Ok - I’m going to order them. Did you get DRC re-gassed or suchlike to take account of lower ride height?
