Hi everyone
Having owned a 2015 black RS4 two years ago I’m now coming back to getting another (should never have sold my previous one!)
Anyone know of any details on this ? Looks great with only 45k mile

Looks a really nice example. With Misano Red look out for any stone chips. I had an A4 Avant S-Line Black Edition in Misano Red and the clear coat is fragile and doesn't seem to bond to the colour coat very well.
It went in to Audi for the rear bumper to be repainted under warrenty (clear coat pealing off in sheets) and they decided to wash it after it came back from the body Shop, after being told not too, and they pressure washed parts of the clear coat off the front bumper!
Needless to say it went straight back to the body Shop!
The Misano Red colour code is LZ3M

As said, stone chips on any red car can be problematic. It is very difficult to get any touched in stone chips to match no irrespective of whether the touch up paint is genuine Audi, or any other make. This is true of many makes, not just Audi.
As regards the lacquer peeling, are you certain this is not due to a previous substandard paint repair? I've been involved with Audi vehicles for over 20 years, and never had any issues with lacquer peel (including reds) with the original factory paint, except those where previous repairs have been done. Front and rear bumpers, along with the bonnet being the most common repairs.....
