Coolant leak found with UV fluid.

Hi all,Hoping to get some help
Been noticing after a few hundred miles or so I would have a slight loss in coolant that would require a top up every now and again. Couldn't find any noticeable signs of a coolant leak so I thought id try the RING automotive coolant dye. Plopped it in and noticed a slight weeping of UV fluid on the bottom right of the radiator, Is there a common part to fail? More interestingly a few days ago I changed the plugs and HPFPs on both sides as I was having warm start issues, fuel smell in the oil cap which was making me believe that one of the pumps was failing. The bit I'm puzzled by is that after changing them I seem to have a UV buildup on one of the fuel rail connectors and a very slight fuel leak. I'll be reseating the connector just incase it isn't totally sitting home correctly but how on earth is the UV fluid making its way into the fuel system?
Pics as attached.
