Just did a quick autotrader search and there are only 15 cars for sale under 40k miles and only 3 under 30k!!!
And haven't the prices gone mad!!!

I honestly think you run into more problems with these cars if you don’t do a certain amount on miles a year.

I only do about 5k a year max but the car really seems to benefit from the occasional 50+ mile motorway trip including a a few gentle stretches of its legs

Don’t think it’s just these cars but any low mileage premium/desirable cars seem to have increased in value.

Very much so, anything deemed a bit old School. 2 factors is the impending doom of the ICE and the fact no car maker can get Microchips so new car supply is drying up.

Looks like there’s still a demand for these at the dealer anyway. Normally they would not go anywhere near a car of that age!
Not sure I would want to buy it, even with low mileage for that amount!
