Hey there,

This is my first time here & I'm really looking our for help.

My friend has his Audi RS4 engine opened & now he wanted to change the main bearings but the bearings were too much worn out to identify the colors so I found out on internet that there is color code on the block & the crankshaft.
Can someone please help me out with the exact location of the codes on the block & shaft?

I found the location for a V4 engine MK6 from internet but couldn't find the codes on the black & shaft physically.

A guy on YouTube rebuilt the engine recently, saving Salvage. Worth a watch
