Sat nav not active

Help for a mate , his Rs4 with b&o says sat nav not active since a visit to Audi for DRC doing, so any thoughts on what it could be would be appreciated

Just a guess but maybe they disconnected battery and it now needs a code?
Would get it back to them asap

Not heard of that one unless they disconnected a module in error while working on the DRC?

Not a clue myself, he phoned asking if it should have a sd card like other cars???? They don’t do they

No, only required if you are performing an update - otherwise it’s all loaded in the hard drive

Pretty sure that only applies to MMI high, from launch the DVD nav was standard.

Got to be a coding issue - they must have disconnected the battery to work on the DRC?
