Am having a few issues with exhaust valves-

Can I ask if you guys can look at you exhaust tail when the engine is off and let me know if your valves are in the open or closed position please?

Just trying to figure out the default position I.e engine off

Open - I thought they were open until the vacuum pressure built back up again? I only hear mine close 10-15 seconds after the engine cold starts.*

*Unless you select the dynamic mode, or have the individual setting for the exhaust in dynamic, or select the sports mode on the gearbox.

In dynamic mode or dynamic exhaust in individual settings are your valves open all of the time?
I thought they only opened above a certain rev range and not at idle (unless sport mode)

Once warm you can hear the valves opening and closing at idle, e.g. when switching between comfort and dynamic. Plus the tone deepens. It gets even deeper / louder if you engage sport mode on the gearbox, because that both increases the revs at idle and keeps the revs higher in every gear when you're on the move. However, if you're in individual (with the exhaust set to dynamic) and you select manual mode and downchange to a low gear (like 2nd), the effect (and noise) seems the same to me.
