36-seat mem.drvr -- status:cannot be reached 1100

Hi all, anyone got any ideas on this?

My RS4 B8 got lightly flooded (2-3" in the footwells) which has all been cleared now, however, the electric seats are stuck in the fully forward position. At first when I pressed the switches there was an electrical click but no movement but now no clicking either.

There are no other faults on the car, no warning lights etc. Both seats are electric and both are stuck, all functions not working.

A mate read the fault code 36-Seat Mem.Drvr -- Status: Cannot be reached 1100

Firstly, any ideas on the fault, is there a part that can be replaced?

Secondly, can they be moved manually so I can use it until it goes into Audi?

Any help, greatly appreciated.
