Weird first start problem (dashboard illuminations)

So I got into the beast this morning for the first time this week. Started her up. Started to drive, then got blinded byworning lights!

-Sports diff error
-TPMS error
-ABS Error
-traction control error
-Hand break error

Stop at the Shop a mile down the road. Switched off the engine. Locked up. Came out of the Shop, started her up, proceeded to drive. All errors cleared.

Left it parked at work for 2 hours. Got back in, same thing. Stoped a mile down the road. Switched off - started up, everything fine again.

Obsevations:

-Appeared to crank a bit slowly this morning
-It was 0 degrees C on first start
-steering steered itself to the right a bit on first start

Anyone experienced anything like this?

Could it be as simple as a weak battery?

Cheers, B.

Yes, there is already a similar current post to yours re dashboard illuminations! Likely cause a worn out battery or sensor issue - need to scan for codes if possible to confirm.

A low battery seems to shut down various control modules until it’s happy. Can you add a battery conditioner to keep her topped up?

Cheers guys. I'll lift the negative and leave a conditioner on it all night.

But its had a good drive today, so I think your right. Might need a new one.

Had same last summer with dash like a Xmas tree but when restarted had gone. But over course of next few months had a occasional TPMS warning, even tho tyre seemed fine so assumed it was that dodgy sensor. Never replaced it, but ended up getting new tyres anyway and tbh never happened again.

Think one sensor fail can cause many lights!
