Service Booklet Part Number

Post by jamesberry » Fri May 01, 2020 10:20 pm

Hi, I have recently purchased a 2014 RS4 and I realise that I am missing the Audi service booklet. Please can someone with this model let me know what the Audi part number is for the correct service booklet?

I notice that there are many new booklets for sale on Ebay so just want to be sure I am buying the right one.

Thanks

They didn't come with one, all digital. You may have the print outs in the book pack.

Ah okay that makes sense, yes I bought from an Audi dealership and they provided printed evidence of the service history to date. The reason I started thinking that there should be a service book was from reading posts about paint codes and there seemed to be many posts saying that the paint code label is provided in the service book (which I though I was missing) as well as somewhere on the vehicle. I can't find the paint code label on the vehicle, it doesn't appear to be in or around the battery area. Some posts suggested that it may be under the rear seat bench but I haven't attempted to lift this properly as it seems tight and probably never been removed so don't want to risk breaking clips for the sake of it. I will visit Audi at some point to get them to confirm the paint code from their database I expect.

download/file.php?id=30022&mode=view

This is what I thought I should have but maybe it was an optional thing supplied by some dealers and not others???

I think if you bought it new and asked for the service book they would supply one.
If you register on myAudi you will see the full history.
What colour is it?

Oh okay, I am new to Audi and not aware of myAudi, I will look to register with this then, sounds useful, thanks.

Colour is Daytona Gray

What I am not sure is if there are variations of this colour or there is literally just one paint code for all Daytona Gray vehicles (I expect this is the case, just investigating).

LZ7S is the paint code, all the same code.

Bit of a thread revival here lads...I like to keep my records in order, having just bought a members car, am I able to obtain a print out from my local Audi dealer showing all the service history as this would help consolidate and make sense of the receipts I have..

Thanks

Stuart..

Can’t see why they wouldn’t do so.

It’s certainly the case that you get a print out after every service

Cheers

Agreed Audi should have the whole service history in their system. My dealer can tell me everything.

I still have my July 2014 RS4 (from new) and it came new with the Audi Australia “Audi Service Schedule - Australia” (words on front cover) booklet - A5 size
On the back cover it says

PN: ASAA2011A
Dec 2011

Hope that helps but clearly it is Australia specific.

I'm just wondering about what kind of reception or resistance I may get as I haven't used Glasgow since I sold my B7.. I'll bell them in the morning and ask the question..

Will update this thread..
