Sport exhaust valve not working

Apologies if this question has been asked before.
One of the rear actuated valves in the silencer isn't working, i've given it a good spray of 3n1 but even once free'd off it doesn't work. After playing with the other side that does work it seems to have a spring that aids closure and moves freely, the same cannot be said for the other side.
My question is, can these actuators be replaced? I've had a good look online but nothing seems to come up on a gurgle search.
I guess if it cannot be replaced i'll be looking to purchase a second hand capristo cat back system so if anyone knows of one for sale id be interested
