Does sport mode offer anymore than dynamic?

Can you advise if there is any advantage flicking it into sports mode rather than dynamic?
I’m assuming sports mode uses dynamic settings?

Not sure about the RS4 but in the RS6 if you were in comfort mode and pulled the gearstick to switch to Sport mode the gear changes and engine mapping went into Dynamic but the suspension, sport diff etc remained in comfort. I think the exhaust valves opened in Sport too.
