Can anyone recommend a way of reconditioning the door rubbers to prevent squeaking?

How would you describe your squeak? I only ask because I had a 'chirping' type of noise from around the B pillar area of the drivers door which I could hear at low speeds. Audi initially applied some lubricant to the drivers seal (I have the part no somewhere) which worked initially, but it came back.
They then replaced the door seal around the door aperture on the car body (there is another seal on the door itself), which has improved things, although I think sometimes I can still hear it, but I may be imagining it.....however it's definitely better than it was.

Dry rubbers sounds about right, the squeaking is consistent with ridding bumps. I just remember someone saying they rejuvenated the rubbers with a product other than silicon.
