I’m looking at purchasing a B8 and I’m checking the history, it states “final drive oil” replacement at 16k miles, what does that mean, front, rear, anything else? That’s all it states under additional work.

I can’t see it has had the gearbox ATF fluid changed at 40k. Should I be worried? It’s been serviced annually with the usuals, engine oil, filters.

Front is due at 20k so sounds like that.

The others are due at 40k. How many miles has it done?

If they're missed its not a disaster and can use as a bargaining chip to get money off and get them done.
