Hi All,

Asking on behalf of a friend who has a 2014 RS4.
He's recently had a couple of instances when his boot has been open when he's returned to his car.
It sounds like quite a common 'feature' after reading a good few posts online whereby the slightest of presses on the key fob opens the boot.
I couldn't find a definitive answer as to whether this can be turned off via VCDS.

Any of you guys been able to disable the remote boot opening?
Or have any info. as to whats required if its at all possible?

It shouldn't open with a slight press. Needs a long press to open.

On the C7 I can change all the parameters using VCDS but I think someone looked on the B8 before and it didn't have the same settings.
