Good work Sam.

My calculations suggest a 5.2mm spacer needed behind the disc. So a ordinary 5mm should allow you to mock up.

Can you use the b8 carriers? It’s a little tricky as I suspect the calipers are Alcon not Brembo but they might be the same bolt pattern. You can then adapt out with a spacer from 365mm to 400mm. Maybe better would be the use of a carrier from an S7/S6 4G as same size disc and very similar Alcon caliper (If not same?).

Or try Epytec.de for a fully custom carrier.?

@ Bam - Cheers, hope it'll be worth the effort.

Fivetones - The B9 ceramic callipers are Brembo items and do have a different bolt pattern to the B8 steel Brembos unfortunately. They're huge, and I believe the same ones as fitted on current RS6, RS7 and S6/7 ceramic equipped cars. It's just the disc size/offsets’ and calliper carrier changes between models. Akebono now make the steel callipers for the B9 RS4.

Thanks for the Epytec tip, another member has pointed me in their direction too.
