Milltek Vs extended warranty

I've checked with 2 main dealers now and both are stating the warranty is entirely invalidated if I fit a new Milltek exhaust? Surely this would only apply to the exhaust system...?
Both instances refer back to the T&C's below;
"Page 10 section 6 does state that Vehicles modified in any way from the original manufacturer’s specification are excluded."
Any good ideas?

Extended warranty is an insurance product, the terms of which differ from original manufacturer warranty. So as you are advised, in theory the car must not be modified for the policy to be valid.

Never had problem with mine. Dealer knew all about my Milltek fitted.
Surely the exhaust is a higher quality product with no improvement in performance.

Yes, you would think so as you'd be doing Audi a favour i.e. 1 less part for their warranty to cover...
Just need some more noise (can't afford a Tuscan, yet )
