Why should they let you supply your own oil?

If that’s how you want to do it, use a non Audi garage.

You don’t go to a restaurant and take your own food and tell them to cook it.....

You pay the dealer for their labour and facilities - why should they be able to charge you extortionately for oil. A restaurant does not have a labour charge - it’s built in.
