Can you spot sports exhaust from photos?

Per the title, just wondering if it is possible to definitively slot a sports exhaust on an rs4 from photos? Been looking at a few that have very poorly worded adverts, not mentioning the obvious extras (e.g. One had full leather buckets and carbon, but neither are mentored).

Sports = black oval tips.

Non-sports = chrome oval tips

Thanks, not always easy to see on photos. The one I'm looking at (online, as on holiday) does look like it has black tips. It has 19" wheels though, so no sport pack.

If it’s an early one then a sport pack wasn’t available so you’d have had to spec everything individually.

Might have tips painted, the tips are not part of exhaust and suffer from corrosion so maybe painted.

Or on a later model once word was out on dynamic steering being a matter of choice, some did like me and not get sports pack and ordered sports exhaust and dynamic suspension individually and in my case I retained the standard wheels (which were lighter and I preferred look of). A bit frustrating as buying separately saved me almost nothing over having the larger wheels buying as a “pack”

So, a couple of ways to end up with sports exhaust and standard wheels
