Hi all, 2015 car,16k. Am experiencing a surging/ hesitancy on v light throttle - if you are going 70 and want to increase to 75, car seems to go faster and slower while throttle is constant - is in for a service with jack Barclay but ideas appreciated!
Loving the car!
Hesitancy on light throttle/surging
Re: Hesitancy on light throttle/surging
Hiya,
if it doesn't happen very often I'd say it might be normal? Both my old B7 and my current B8 do this sometimes at very light throttle. Most of the time both cars were/are fine.. I think it's the light throttle that does it, you really need to be stroking it to feel the hesitation

I get something very similar on my B8.5, almost exactly as you described, but its every now and then and I put it down to possibly the gearbox adjusting itself or leaning/resetting or something, haven't had it for a while though.Silver7 wrote: ↑Sat Jul 22, 2017 6:30 amHi all, 2015 car,16k. Thanks - no fault found at dealer so guess I need to drive it harder - tends to be in average speed camera areas at speed - interesting you have this too
