The "ADVANT" with buckets, although, I'd confirm if those were factory fit 'ramics, not supply and fit aftersales...

i did ask about the ramics, the dealer said they were factory, which i thought was strange with the rears not being, but i have no
knowledge on the B8, so didnt argue the point.
Prehaps someone can confirm this.
Cheers

Neither for me, but that's because they are both pre MY14 and have no Pan Roof.
Looks like the Black car spent all their option money on Ceramics and nothing else, as there's no Sports Pack, B&O and only half leather which is a big no no for me. I felt the B8 interior is not hi end enough to carry off the leather & suede look. Doubt it has the advertised DAB either, as the picture is of the FM display.
Bam Bam's scepticism on the Daytona Grey car is bang on and I would check it out VERY thoroughly. It's been for sale for a while now and they've been playing with it. I think that it may never of had the Sports Pack originally, the wheels have been changed and now has ones with RS5 tyre sizes on it. The callipers were originally in the traditional Ceramic Grey but in the last week, they've had them painted in R8 GT Red along with the rears. The buckets are a retrofit, as the hazard light switch is that of a Supersport seat equipped car. I'd been toying with the idea of buying it for the Ceramics to fit on mine and flog the buckets, returning it back towards the original form and moving it on. But the risk was too much for me at that price.

I'm pretty sure that black car has cropped up on here before, and judging by the mileage being stated now it looks like it might have had a 'trim'! I'll see if I can dig the post out but I think it was a link to a dealer who had it for sale.

Found it!
viewtopic.php?f=61&t=118138
Trader posing as a private seller (
viewtopic.php?t=118117) tried to pass it off in the classifieds.
All the adverts have now been removed, but I could have sworn it was higher mileage than it has now.

I think a decent spec car at that price point would be dreaming, unless you're buying at Auction with a bit of good fortune.
Realistically, the choice will be early cars that are pre MY14, with circa 30-60k miles. My suggestion for the must have spec would be:
Sports Pack
Full Leather
Panoramic Roof
Sound package - DAB and B&O
MMI Navigation system plus (7" display, HDD Nav with 7 digit postcode)
Carbon or Piano Black inlays
Nice to have's would be:
Advanced Key
Memory Seats
Heated Seats
Rear Camera
DAB
Hill Hold Assist
Adaptive Cruise
Power Tailgate
Have a look through the other thread which I've just posted as that has all the PDF brochures, should be a good starting point for specification and what would be important for you.

Mine might be for sale mid July, has all the above options including black pack but NOT hill hold advanced key or camera.

I'd say above is certainly a must have spec, I have all apart form ceramics and adaptive cruise so my must have list was longer. both of those omissions I would have spec'd, especially the adaptive cruise. I have it on two other vehicles and love it, if I was to order a B9 that would be on my must have list.
Sports Pack - a must for sure
Panoramic Roof - nice to have but for my wife a must
Sound package - DAB and B&O - def must, better sound quality and DAB
MMI Navigation system plus (7" display, HDD Nav with 7 digit postcode) - MMI Nav is standard and 7" is a 2014MY onwards spec, what is a must is the 3G PLUS + Audi connect (google maps, send to car feature, find my parked car feature)
Carbon or Piano Black inlays - Black on mine, a bugger to keep clean but very classy
Nice to haves would be:
Advanced Key - a must for me but it does have its security concerns
Memory Seats - with SS seat this is a must for us
Heated Seats - I have front and rear and love them
Rear Camera - on our must have list, the last 6 cars have had this, great addition
DAB - as stated above, a must have IMHO
Hill Hold Assist - very handy, a must have for me
Adaptive Cruise - I wish I had added this to the order, will be on the next car (B9 RS4)
Power Tailgate - standard on 2014MY onwards cars, nice to have
I also have black option so its triple black.....Panther black crystal, balck extended leather, piano black inlays and black pack.

Thanks for the info, had a look at the downloads.Looks like I'm dreaming but it's always worth keeping
an eye on prices and asking a few questions.
So thanks very much to all.

No problem, if you can hold out and find a nice one, you'll certainly enjoy it

The prices may drop when the B9 is launched.
