This has just come in, any thoughts on the baggy seats?

Indeed - that'll be for sale for a VERY long time at that stupid price.
I can tell you exactly how/why this happens. The padding/support in the seat bases on VAG cars is quite limited, so if the main driver of the car is of a slim/skinny frame, then the seat will sag quicker than somebody of a wide build.

I am the sales manager at Proveeda and it's great that this awesome RS4 is getting the attention. I thought that I would feedback to you all a couple of points..
1. You are quite right in your observation that there was an 'egg' on one of the tyres, and we should not have used this image.
2. I was lucky enough to deliver the previous owner his new car and drove this RS4 circa 150 miles back to the showroom, a great experience. Personally I have previously owned an A3 3.2, an S5 and a B7 RS4, so felt quite privileged to have this drive.
4. The previous owner was of normal build, he had owned it from new, non-smoker, no child seats or animals in it. The baggy look of the seat is a characteristic I have seen on pretty much all bucket seated Audi's, it is not because of how it has been used.
5. I take a lot of pride in our reputation, and we prepare our cars very well. The car has gone to Ipswich Audi for a service (it was due on time). They reported front pads 90% worn so I have had them replace the front pads, 2 front tyres and a smearing rear wiper. On a car like this we do not scrimp on the costs, we have our own workshop where we can keep the costs down but appreciate the preference from enthusiast owners to have work down by the main dealers.
6. The car has a small stone chip in the windscreen, this will be repaired, and a stone chip on the bonnet, this has been touched in. Other than that there is no paintwork required.
7. With regards to the pricing of this car I have priced this car in accordance with 'current market value' taking into consideration the ownership / equipment / history. I think that to price a car based on how much the new price was is not a true reflection on the cars 'market value' - ask a Porsche 911 R owner that one. This car is 'currently' one of the cheapest Limited Edition RS4's available in the UK, an honest example ready to be enjoyed by a new keeper and hopefully we will have the opprtunity of buying this car again at some time in the future.
Thanks again for your interest, and I'm always available to help forum members with any questions they may have on any of our cars that we have for sale...

WTF, surely you mean "we should have replaced the tyre", rather than hope someone doesn't notice it.Proveeda1 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 10, 2017 6:10 pmHi All...
