Navigation not updating

Hi Guys.

I've already booked my car into audi to have this looked at as i've only just bought the car! But i like to investigate and possibly fix myself if it's simple.

During the test drives etc it was all OK but now i've noticed that the navigation isnt updating. The marker will move forwards and backwards and it will also rotate however it's in the completely wrong part of the map/country.

On the Green menu the GPS is shown as below:

GPS FIX - 1
HDOP - 999
PDOP - 999
VDOP - 999
Used Satellites - 0
Visible satellites - 14

So this says to me that it can actually see 14 sat's but it's choosing to use none of them hence no position.

Would this be a software problem or perhaps an antenna issue? has anybody had this before? If it can see 14 sat's you'd assume the antenna was OK?

I've checked that the demo mode is off and i've also reset the MMI with no luck.
