Wheel advice - I've never changed the wheels on a car!

So I'm not a big fan of the 20" v spokes.

I really like the look of the OEM 20" RS6 wheels:

Image

V spokes are 9j and et 26

RS6's are 9.5j and et 21

My maths tells me this would put them 1mm further in towards the suspension and 11mm further out into the arch.

This sounds good to me, i know people put 10mm spacers on ok.

What i was wondering about is tyres. Should i stick with 265 or go 275 as the rime are half inch wider? I don't want the stretched look and would like to offer the rims the best curb protection i can.

Never seen that but made me want them more now!

I'd go grey/shadow chrome on the inners and then lacquer the diamond cut face.

The RS6 OEM wheels are

9.5J X 20
ET36
5/112

Not ET21?

I have the 5 spoke "peelers" and I'm looking for some 7 twin spokes so let me know if you find a stash hidden somewhere!

The wheels in the pic are 100% et 21.

Are you thinking of these:
Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/222370442264

There are 2 sets of the c7 ones i want for sale on here but they have 35 profile tyres for a c7 and one set are black.

These were mine. Spaces required but had no issues at all. Still running 265s but will increase to 275s at the next tyre change.

Ah man, I love you!
Just bought those, I have tyres already so they were perfect. I got a cheeky offer in at £450. Result.
