Bye bye to the RS4

Post by sideways » Thu Oct 20, 2016 9:27 pm

So time to say goodbye to RS4 ownership.
I've just ordered a new 991 Carrera due in December.
Have to say I always wanted to run an RS4 and it didn't dissapoint. Drivetrain, gearbox and general build have been amazing. I need to scratch the 911 itch but I can see myself coming back to the B9 RS when it finally makes an appearance.

My sepang blue 64plate on 19s has only done 10000 miles and is in good nick. Hope it goes to an rs246 forum member.

Keep up the good forum. Always a good laugh reading everyone's posts and the bants :beerchug:

I'm in the same boat!

Moving from my beloved Sepang Blue B8 RS4 to am M6 next week. It has been an absolute treat to drive it for the last 2,5 years, 40,000 km - never missed a beat, and when it's pouring down like today in Melbourne I don't think anything else comes even close what it come to performance.

I hope another rs246 member in Australia sees this and realises an opportunity, contact me if you want to know where to find the car after next week.

Looking forward to kms in the M6, but the RS4 will always be remembered.
