Suzuka might have to go

Gents,

Sadly I have to explore options of letting my B8 go, after only 10 months of ownership. Brexit has forced some re-focus and re-investment in my business, so finances are going to be tight for a while. :assflash:

Before going to market, I would welcome your input on the sort of value I should advertise for. No P/X as I am likely to go to something outside the Audi family for a while..

Spec is as follows:

Registered 21/7/14 – 14 plate

46,200 miles (used often, but no more than 50 miles a week.)
2 previous owners
FASH
Suzuka Grey
Black styling pack, including black roof rails
Carbon engine bay pack
Audi Parking system advanced (rear camera)
Adaptive cruise control
Lane departure warning
Sports pack including
- Sports Exhaust
- Dynamic ride control
- Dynamic steering
- 20x9j 5-arm V spoke titanium alloys
Red brake calipers front and rear
Heated electric comfort seats – front
Fine nappa leather with piping - silver
Piano Black inlays
B&O sound system
Phone Prep – High, with connect
High beam assist
Open Sky Pan roof
Electric folding heated side mirrors with memory function
Privacy glass
Manual side window blinds (rear windows)
Black trim dashboard
Black trim carpets
Silver trim headlining
Tracker

Audi warranty until July 2017
Before letting her go, the car will be serviced. Tyres are 4-5mm all round.

Sad and painful times..

Thanks in advance.
Dan

In the region of £33k. The B8 doesn't retain its value when it has high miles on the clock.

And there in 19 words you've removed the regret I had in offloading mine.

Unfortunately this. Despite the superb spec, there are plenty for sale meaning you have your work cut out persuading someone to buy yours privately and not a lower mileage example from someone else / a trader with the 'perceived' safety net that comes with it. Hard times as you say. Maybe consider a sale or return option? For example,

Ian is right. Loads for sale for the next 12 months as they all turn 3 years old. I reckon it will firm up a bit once they all become 2nd and 3rd owner cars.

Thanks all, the comfort of several months Full Audi warranty should make a difference, and I will have her serviced and new boots fitted.

SOR an option I am considering.

Audi warranty until July 2017 would save you a nice wad of money if doing SOR - the garage won't be able to sell it without adding one if the car had run out.
