What a plumb

Wasn't thinking what I was doing when holding the jetwash up near to the wrap on the bonnet trying to blast some dirt off.
Managed to tear a hole in the film.
One thing I found out is that it's not so bad to remove, guess I will be booking it back in to be done again.
The paint on the bonnet is still like the day it left the factory, cars on 23k now so well worth doing again

Wow, is your pressure washer that powerful? Or is the film that delicate? What kind was it?

Think it was a mixture of a warm day, film will be softer!! and jet wash way too close, think the bonnet was sunteck

First thought when I saw this was that you had taken the lacquer of the paint!
Good job it was just the protective wrap.
Nice and clean and a good advert for getting the film, looks like new.

For the last year it's been getting covered in dust while I've been building my house.
One thing is for sure Gaz it gets a spanking on a regular basis, as you know they need driving hard
