RS Rear brake caliper decals

On the red caliper set up you get a plate that covers part of the rear caliper with RS on it. It looks as though they have two locating pins and are somehow held on by two clips. I have the normal calipers but as the decal is the same colour as the caliper I think it would look quite nice but there doesnt seem to be any holes to locate the pins in unless it attaches somewhere else. Does anyone know if the calipers are different?

calipers are the same. You need to drill two holes in the metal of the caliper to locate the plate.
Plates are available from stoke audi parts website

Thanks . Yep seen them on Stoke Audi. Wonder if there is a template to drill the holes? <beep> at stuff like that!

Have a search here mate - a few people have done the mod and I've seen photos of the drilling being done. Honestly doesn't look too bad!

I did it on my C6.

To be fair doesn't feel right at all drilling actual calipers!!


Didn't get a template so had to guestimate!!!

Think they were 10mm holes so pretty big....you then put a circular clip in hole and push in the plates.

Doesn't look right but they grip tight enough.

Just feels a bit "bodged"
