Track brake pads

In my continuing quest to find better brakes (better to me is longevity given my driving style, and insane initial bite with good modulation) I got a price finally for endless pads.

I think I need to go lie down now.

Fronts – MA45B retail per axle set £1114.00 + vat and delivery.
Rears – MA45B retail per axle set £557.00 + vat and delivery.

Fronts – ME20 or MX72 retail per axle set £548.00 + vat and delivery.
Rears – ME20 or MX72 retail per axle set £274.00 + vat and delivery.

I may have to compromise here it seems!

Well at least they are both cheaper than a standard set fitted by Audi.

Unfortunately (I think) that's not an axle set. Two sets required so x2 that price :( worth an email to them though. Good find. I've emailed them.

Have you tried Hawk pads before Ross? Seen them mentioned as being good for street use on the US forums, but they do other compounds.
