One more sleep to go

Tomorrow is the big day when my new arrival is delivered.

Noggy Blue RS4, can't wait.

But with buckets and a sunroof.

Only had a 20 min test drive. I have listened to the comments about the steering and stiffness of the suspension, but to be honest I have experienced a lot worse. The steering is a little dead around centre, but compared to my wife's Abarth it is miles ahead. No it is not a Lotus Elise I give you but it was telling me enough.

Also during the test drive I ask to be able to drive on rough country lanes, which I did in Dynamic mode on the suspension, and I felt it was perfectly liveable, though comfort mode was better.

When I change my B7, it will be for a Nogaro blue B8 with buckets, period.

Great car - must have been from Tetbury? I considered this one; Noggy with buckets and no blue fluff ftw.

Gorgeous combo, that's what the 'Nogaro Edition' should really have been IMO.

Enjoy.

Is this an exclusive paint then?

I bought it from Macclesfield Audi. They got it in for another customer, but he thought the paint was too light in colour. :bash:

Only 3000 miles one private owner who traded it in for a RS6, first registered on the 31st March. It is like new.

I am well chuffed with it, like you said the Limited edition Noggy should of been this spec, so as soon as I saw this one I bought it, unfortunately as it is a rare spec I couldn't get much off the price, just a 2 year warranty extension and free delivery.

Yes it is an exclusive paint.

Roll on tomorrow.

Cheers all. :nogarors4:

Congrats - great choice!

The tales these dealers spin though do amuse me. I was told (deffo this car) the previous owner had a noggy edition, didn't like the fluff and ordered this but had a change of heart as his business involved lots of driving on rural tracks / unmade roads etc.

Do Audi have a random bullsh!t story generator? At least it's an improvement on "It was actually bought by an older gentleman who didn't realise the power of the car, sir".

Having been almost obsessive in watching the market, yours is the best B8 RS4 that's been up for a while:-)

Nogaro with black optics and buckets FTW. I was too late to order one from the dealers but if I did I think it would have been exaclly that.

Cheers all for your comments.

Such a spot on spec is why I jumped at it, I was an easy sell.

Nogaro is such a special colour.

I feel I will enjoy this. Always wanted an RS4, perfect compromise car, ticks all the boxes.

Looking good Outlaw, my wife loves here Abarth, she has a convertible so when I drive it I look like I bat for the other side

More pics will be on there way.
