True buddy; adam told me @ audi that the rev limiter isn't doing any harm: no bouncy valves etc.
Just hope it was warm.
The absolute word from everyone i meet at audi is these cars are built in a very very solid way - just get on with enjoying them. I have to say i kinda believe that 8000 miles in; it is unbelieveably well engineered.

Personally, im not a big fan of revving stationary cars
However, assuming it's been warmed up and that's not from cold, that's not going to do any damage to the car at all

They never sound as good on a video as they do in reality anyway....still think you should have more respect for a car, whether or not they can take it.
