Spotted on social media yesterday, I've no idea what the back-story is apart from the fact it happened in Yorkshire...

We deal with the Police on my events, and the commanding officer asked if he could take my car for a spin :)
Unsurprisingly, it came back very hot, so Police aren't all bad

You let a policeman drive your car??
I'm lost for words

I was pulled for the first time in 5 years yesterday too - on the A421 from Bedford towards Milton Keynes.

Clocked at 93mph apparently. Telling off ensued, much appreciation for how nice the car looked ('pretty' apparently to the other female officer!) and how good is sounded, had a chat about the coppers Evo 6, passed the attitude test, on my way with a reminder to keep it sensible.

Duly noted!

Haha, yeah
It's amazing what you can get (or get away with) when you're owed a favour by them ;)

I don't think I have ever seen a cop on that road, but good to hear that they exercise common sense.

Not always, I'm attending a speed awareness course next week.
My crime-caught doing 82mph on a dual carriageway with a 70mph limit. Didn't even have the decency to pull me over.

Nice to hear some coopers use common sense

Get a lot more respect.
