Nitrogen inflation

Any one use nitrogen for inflation of tyres do make any difference ?

Nope, pretty much a waste of time. The pressure increases the same with temperature as dry air, so as long as you're not pumping your tyres up in an extremely humid environment you'll be fine. Nearly all tyre places have moisture traps on thier air lines anyways.
People in racing sometimes use it for convenience as much as anything else, as they run all their air tools from a nitrogen cylinder. Companies like nissan say about the gtr tyres being filled with nitrogen because it sounds cool.

I tend to fill with 78% nitrogen.
