When we were looking fir the other halfs TT they were reasonably helpful but they don't have the high spec stock much tends to be 2.0tdi everything

Dealership is snazzy inside though, they even have an escalator. It's not really Birmingham it's more Solihull

I have dealt with these guys twice. First time was 4 years ago and they were poor. Car needed fuel, lack of knowledge etc.

Second time was with as sales guy called Glyn, different story all together could not have been more impressed. It seems it all depends on who you get to speak to. Just my opinion of course.

I wouldnt waste your time at Birmingham. RS sales man Pindi wasn't very pleasant or interested when my dad went a fair few years ago.

if your in the westmidlands then head to Stratford Upon Avon Audi. best sales guys there that treat you with the upmost respect.
Nigel Spragg is the man to contact. he will look after you :bigwave:

Cant say I was too impressed with them either. Sales was arrogant and wouldnt even offer a test drive unless the deal was done.

They have been highly recommended by my family and friends so maybe the sales guy was having a bad day.

I go to Halesowen Audi now. Sales guys wasnt too knowledgeable but least it felt they wanted my business and the deal was good

That's arse about face - the test drive has to come BEFORE the deal, so you know if you like/enjoy the car enough to spend your hard-earneds on it :audibash:
Some salespeople should be taken out and shot, it's the kindest thing that could happen to them :biggrin3:

Had exactly the same issue with Birmingham. They would not provide an unaccompanied test drive either - excuse being that they did not have a demonstrator in the fleet!!! Went to the guys in Stratford on Avon and they were excellent. Arranged a weekend loan of an RS4 - and I brought it back (in one piece!!) and ordered mine. Given that this was another part of Listers I could only think that the guy in Birmingham did not think I was a serious punter. Service has been great - really nice guys - dealt with Andy and Christian and would certainly go back there.
