The low miles (for the year) plus the OV plate means there's a very high chance this was an Audi UK management/pool car used for shows etc.
Proceed with caution.

Don't be so sceptical KMP.... just because it is an OV car, doesn't mean it's not been looked after. A few simple questions will answer what the car has been doing.
I've mentioned recently, I have a client who had an RS4 for 12 months & racked up all of 4000 miles in it. Basically driving from his home to a specified address as part of his sponsorship /employment contract. Most of the time he wasn't even driving. That's been handed back and he now drives a Q7. When you tally in that something like 24 or more of his colleagues were on the same deal and that the cars are hardly used, the risk becomes pretty damned low.
I think you'll find the odds of it being a press car thats been ragged to bits are pretty low. I would hazard a guess that most of the press cars would have been from the first 18 months of the B8's existence.

ADE cars and Audi UK pool cars also on OY/OV. Unless the history could be evidenced i'd avoid.

Unlikely to be an experience car with just 4k on the clock? But the usual checks are worth doing....
Tyres worn at 4k suggests a hard life
Scuffs on the seat, door sill, bottom of the dash under the headlights dial, and area of the door card by the speaker - lots of people getting in and out doing short journeys / blasts.
Severely swirled paint - Audi Experience cars are going to get washed every night for customers to drive the next day, and they will be washed fast.....
Can you ask to see the V5? If its a private owner with their name and address printed, your worries evaporate immediately

As with any used car, unless you actually know the user / owner, there is no guarantee that it has not been driven hard at some point. But if you follow the usual advice, there are plenty of telltale signs on any car as to how it has been looked after or used. OE, OY or OV Audi cars generally tend to have a high spec level, but whatever they have been used for prior to disposal, even if an ARC car (Audi Replacement Car in the event of a customer requiring a like for like loan car for example), if it ticks all your boxes and has no signs of abuse, I wouldn't let the fact that it has been an Audi UK car put me off.

I'd take that with a side order of "Chinny Reckon".

For me, it's up there with

But personally, I think UnCo works best as a noun.

I have this cars brother - same plate one letter out. I bought it from Audi knowing it was a sponsorship car used by Chelsea FC and had done just 2400 miles in its 9 months. I think they are good value - not had any major issues bar a couple of
Minors. Most sales guys won't know a cars history I would bet. It's a product and a price that's all.
