Hi all, 2 weeks into the forum

Had it two weeks today but just picked it up from a full new car protection package with gtechniq crystal serum so thought it worthy of a couple of pics

Really nice!! V spokes look great with the silver+pan roof looks great too

Just noticed the black mirrors, they look so much better than the fake metal silver ones

Agreed on the mirrors - essential change imo with black optics

My car is Prism with black optics, it's due in a couple of weeks and I want to get the mirrors painted black, could I ask how much it cost?

If you know someone who does good wrapping get them wrapped, easily taken off if need be

I got mine painted, the trouble with wrapping them is the thin ridge running round the top of the mirror,you will not get a wrap to stick to the tight angles

The best finish will be painted, I'm torn between satin, gloss or matt and think there's more work involved than you'd think, which is why I wanted a steer on cost.

Mirrors are a simple job. I've just bought two new mirror genuine housings to get painted.

Prices for painting can vary wildy between bodyshops, you'd be best speaking to your local one.
