RS4 Rolling Shots

Post by Macdaddy » Wed Sep 10, 2014 7:46 am

Took a couple of pics of my new RS at the weekend, Not often you get chance to see or hear your own car on the road !

Loved the sound and it looks so much wider than i thought it would if that makes any sense. :drink:

It's amazing how wide they look when you see one approaching you on the road, totally different to when you are just looking and walking around one. Car looks great, nice to see a 64 plate, makes mine look old now :(

Never seen one approaching, only watched them get smaller in my rear vision mirror.
That does look nice though, real noice.

Really? Is yours tweaked?

Thought they'd be a bit quicker, I sat up the chuff of an M3 the other day with nothing between the cars which I was pleased about as coming from the RS3 which was mapped the car feels slower probably down to better insulation though.

Thanks for the comments guys.

I took these on my home camera which is a Nikon D3100 with an 18-105 lens.

Usually use my works Nikon D300 but i hadn't charged the batteries.

Glenn the cars great, Feel a lot safer with the family in the car with extra space and the being solid.

I do miss the low down turbo grunt from the RS3 but it's only a matter of getting using the power in a different way.

Other than that i'm very happy and loving the sound of the exhaust ! :biggrin3:

Yeah, about as tweaked as an RS6 can get. I had a play with a daytona B8 last week enroute to Luton airport, he finally let me past and then tried to follow but I just made him look very slow. Rinse repeat whenever traffic was encountered, good fun and he was always ready for more.
