Revolution Project RS4 arrived

Well after ordering this car in December we can certainly say its been worth the wait...!

After selling the RS3 around 6 weeks ago we've been chomping at the bit to get my hands on the new car and at last I've got something RS to drive in...thank god!

Long 5+ hr drive back from Norfolk but I must say that Kings Lynn Audi have been fantastic throughout and certainly worth the trip down rather than getting the car delivered. Thanks to Abyss for pointing me in their direction (he's had problems with Newcastle dealers also) as these guys did me an amazing price but backed it up with excellent service too.

Everything I asked for they got back to me asap, even down to the late change of wheel choice from rotors to V spokes they got it sorted - so impressed that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and probably going to make the trip down for my service when its due and make a weekend of it as I've friends down there.

They spent a 1.5 hrs going through all paperwork on Friday night with reveal and a further hour on Saturday morning before we headed for home going through basic controls etc, literally couldn't do enough for me, Daniel Taylor is their RS specialst and feel free to give him a call on 01553 779500 - not usually into giving free plugs but he deserves one.
Lovely touch with the pencil drawing of my RS4 also, they certainly ticked all the right boxes, well done chaps!

Still got plenty of time to run the engine in but had around 9 miles on the clock so looking forward to enjoying the engine more when it loosens up nicely at Spa & Ring in September
:kissmyrings:

Here's a few pictures to get you started

but your right about the team there, they are always a pleasure to ring up unlike other dealers.
Car looks great btw.

Very very nice buddy ! Health to drive.

Your car is some what similar to my own and I hope you enjoy your new purchase as much as I do mine. Think you did the right thing too by making a seperate thread for your own car as the owners thead gets too long and people dont bother working their way through it all.

Irrespective Glenn ..... Enjoy !

Think I remember you saying in one of your other threads you had planned on a few mods. Look forward to seeing what you do.

I thought it was best to seperate as we have a few things planned and didnt want to clog up that other great thread with our mods
:bigblink:

Noticed youve also owned a UK 22B, epic cars and never spoke to anyone else whose had a UK one.
16 made and less than 10 on the road now
:-/

Just picked up one of these and plan a restoration of it...Series Mcrae Impreza #69 - suits you sir...now only 32 on the road and 22 sorn so getting rare also.

Such a pure drivers car and only 218bhp so I will be using this in winter when the wife will be enjoying herself in the RS4...Mmm, short straw?

But great fun to drive and will keep our Subaru customers content.

I thought for a second that you were doing 140mph with the traction control off and no air bags and an engine fault then it was like oh hang on the hand brake is also on and then I realised you were showing us the needle sweep!
Congrats, that's a mighty nice motor.
