Just wondering.

Might mess with the warranty!!
If I keep mine long enough, it could be on the cards

I made a couple of tentative enquiries to MRC earlier this year more out of interest than actual intention
They said they'd not developed a kit yet, but it was in the pipeline
When I spoke with a couple of others, they alluded to potential issues with the DSG box and increased torque

Box is rated to around 650nms so plenty more poke available to play with. I suspect a few kits to come to light soon [THUMBS UP SIGN]

I hope someone sorts a kit out soon, as I have to keep checking to see if someone has hitched a caravan on the back!

The PES B8 RS4 kit is available. Being the same engine as RS5 we've got a dozen or so clients worldwide already producing fantastic results, Kim Collins has an RS5 and has installed another...



Dyno results 640hp/640nm...


As far as the stronic box goes PES are now partnered with stronic specialists and through the research supplied there are no concerns, we also have stronic software available to help smooth out the transmission alongside such a power gain.

We are looking for the first B8 RS4 client so for anyone interested there could well be a deal on the table.

A couple of quick questions I have are ;
Roughly how many £'s are we talking for a kit similar to the one above fitted, tuned and ready to roll ?, and also, is it still going to be an everyday drivable car ?

If it wasn't for the fact that I will soon be paying a small fortune in stamp duty, I would be seriously interested in one of these kits as 640bhp is perfect for fast road use in my opinion. Plus it's a great compromise over the RS6, all the speed and some without the bulk not to mention the price.

Whoever goes for it will have a very special car indeed.

Retail price is £10,495+VAT which get you a full fitted and tuned setup with a 1-year unlimited mileage warranty.
We are about to introduce a worlds first improved high pressure fuel pumps for the B8 RS4 and RS5's that'll will be included in all future kit sales.
There will be a discount opportunity for the first B8 RS4 that agrees for us to use the install details for marketing purposes, if interested in this opportunity PM me.

As it stands the kit is designed primarily (and proven on the RS5's) for daily use with OEM reliability but can be driven on it's limits for track days as and when required, here's an example from forum member and PES RS5 owner Marzz in Oz.

That's basically my concern. It'd certainly fill in that hole in the power, but potentially could end up costing far more than just the kit/exhaust

That's always a hard one guys.

We supply a 12-month unlimited warranty on the supercharger kit and the install but for obvious reasons cannot offer to cover all OEM components. We all know that Audi and the dealers would naturally attempt to void warranty on failure that could be linked to increased power, unfortunately I've seen them do this even when it's clearly not the case so I wouldn't want anyone to go into this with their eyes closed.

We are confident and have proven thus far (on a number of RS5's) that adding our kit does not cause any issues but it's the risk you have to take if you wish to play

I;d guess that as they're the same engine as the RS4, then they're pretty bullet proof under the bonnet. However, Audi will try and wriggle out of any claim as soon as you drastically modify a car (i.e. add 40% more power with a supercharger)
You get a gear box issue, then Audi obviously will reject it.
However, with how anal they can be, you get a steering or suspension fault, Audi will reject it and claim it's something to do with the supercharger. Get a squeaking parcel shelf or a leaking sunroof and the same story will probably apply
