Looking to buy for march

Hi.

Following a recent disaster with purchasing an approved Q7 I'm on the hunt for a new car....

This is my thoughts:
Daytona Grey
Bucket seats
DRC
V Spokes
B&O
Park Assist
Heated Seats F&R
Ceramics
Alu pack

I am confused by the sport pack, not bothered about an exhaust as will go milltek. Have I missed anything?

On the configurator, cost up to £65k. Now, dealer has offered the car with £10300 discount, if taking it on pcp. Is this a good deal or am I going to improve on it???

Thanks for your help

great deal - although if you want the wheels you may as well go for the sport pack..
lofty spec tho - i wouldnt go ceramics unless you do track days but thats just my opinion!.

i would say hill hold assist is a must for these i have it and it's great in city traffic and the sports pack is a no brainer for the the suspesion and alloys but if your not fussed i would try and get a run in a standard car on one with the sports pack just to be sure

In relation to ceramics.......

A call to audi confirms that brake replacement is even more than B7, intervals probably 15-20k.

Therefore the ceramics that have much longer life seem a no brainier???

Not a B8, but I've had both ceramics and standard discs on mine and I would go ceramic. Especially if the B8 discs are as pricey as the B7s. Every 20k...?

Ceramics look the t!ts as well as opposed to the slightly weedy looking wavy discs.

I'm sure that I don't get the best out of mine as I dont track.

I guess they only make financial sense if you keep the car a while.

Ordered today.

Got a fantastic deal, list just under £70k

Daytona
Sport Pack
Buckets
Black optics
Heated F&R seats
Advance Parking
Hill Hold
Ceramics
B&O
Privacy glass
Rear blinds
Adaptive lights
Auto wing mirrors
DVD & CD
Alcantara bits
Carbon Engine covers
Extended Warranty

Think it's a cracking car for the money. Had a look at a Daytona and a Sepang today, the Sepang is nice but it's a bit much for me. I fancy something a bit more stealth hence no alu pack.

Roll on march!!

Can I ask why you got rear blind and privacy glass? I have auto rear blind in my RS 5 and I really don't like it, it makes visibility awful yet with privacy glass visibility is fine.

Or maybe rear blinds are different between the 4 and 5?

Bloody good spec by the way, you've made it a proper RS with buckets and ceramics. A few decent spec RS 4s on this forum now.

Rear blinds in Avants are on the rear passenger windows! Essential here in Africa if you have kiddies for the sun! Privacy same reason I guess but also nice to hide to a degree what's on the back seat or in the loading bay
My Mrs' Disco specced like this as she is designated little people carrier most of the time

10% plus the £5000 deposit contribution from VWFS

I have an Audi UK contribution aswell, but that's goodwill following the balls up with my last car. Audi UK have been very good about it to be fair, shame the dealer is awful

What's not to like about that spec. Daytona's my new fav colour, along with anything blue, orange & imola; what can I say must be bi-polar?!
