Theres one for sale on pistonheads in the same colour but on v spokes and it looks like any other A4 avant or is it just me?

V spokes are the business. I'm not keen on rotors as they are literally on everything including my A1.

I do like Daytona, but Sepang is just a bit more special. Go to an Audi compound and its full of white, grey and black cars.

It was a toss up between V spokes and Rotors when I was ticking the boxes. Rotors won as I do like them and hadn't seen the V's in the flesh. I'm not unhappy with my choice.
Have to say apart from the demo I tested in Feb, which was black and basic spec/wheels, I have been nervous I'd made all the right choices. After seeming it today i'm bot disappointed, None of the photos I've seen online similar to my spec do it justice. It's waaaaay better in the flesh.
Will post pics of my suede steering wheel and gear knob with piano black inserts tomorrow. Looks awesome.

Rotors are significantly easier to clean than VSpokes.

I didn't think the V spokes were too bad, easier the the RS6 5 segs.

I'm in a constant battle to keep my VSpokes clean. The car, being Suzuka, is a piece of cake as it doesn't really show watermarks. The wheel, however, have loads of bits to get the sponge into with tight little radius corners that the dust builds up in
I had the rotors on Audu Swindons RS4 demo that I had for about a week in total and cleaning those wheels was a joy
Fwiw, the easiest wheels I've ever owned for cleaning were a few years back on a mk5 golf gti i had with the almost flat axe blade wheels

This is where the oversize bog brush like wheel brush is handy.

Worst wheels I had where on the R32, they took forever.

The thing is because you have to work sooo hard colourwise with the B8 to get it to look decent it means that pretty much all B8s are specc'ed as Sepang. I'm bored of it already & it's still quite a new colour. To an outsider it kinda looks like you owners dont have much of an imagination, but truthfully it can't be helped.

Take a look at the used RS4s up, not many Sepang. I suspect it's popular here, but not across the general public.

The choice of white, silver, grey, red is a bit yawnsome. It would be nice to expand that without having to go exclusive, which has its own drawbacks.

I saw my first presumably customer car yesterday on the road, first in 6 mths of them being out

It was black and I struggled to tell it was an RS until it was right by me and that is from an RS owner.
