Hi all
It's been a while in the decision process, but I finally collect my car on Friday ;

Spec ;

The spec is as follows.

Suzuka Grey
Black Bucket Seats
Heated Front Seats
HDD Nav
AMi for Ipod
Bang and Olufsen
20" V Spoke Alloys
Sports Exhaust
DRC
Dynamic Steering
Panoramic Sunroof
Folding Dimming Door Mirrors
Power Boot
Black Styling Pack
Audi Parking System Advanced with Rear Camera
Advanced Key
DAB
Privacy Glass
Bluetooth
Stainless Steel Mesh Inlay

The car was registered today and I'm px'ing in my B7, so although I'm getting a brand new car, I'm still a little sad to see my B7 go

Looks absolutely gorgeous, looks so much better with black optics / non of the alu tat on the bumpers

Only question - you deleted carbon interior trim for alu steel?

At the launch event at Milbrook, a couple of the cars with the carbon were already looking old and there was clouding be hind the lacquer. In fact, I was shocked it ever left the factory in the condition one of cars was in

Strange, I haven't heard of any issues with the carbon on S4s which share the same shape pieces

It's entirely possible that is was a batch issue or maybe a one off, but as the follow forum member that shared a car with me will attest to, it was genuinely awful in this case and if that was my car, I'd not be a happy customer.
Basically, the carbon had all misted up under the lacquer and looked terrible.
FWIW, the 7year old Carbon trim on my old B7 was faultless and looked like new

Very nice, those wheels have grown on me and look very nice on the flesh, great colour too.
