Got a call from the dealers last week while is was on holiday in Portugal to tell me the car had arrived and to arrange a collection date.
They have managed to pull a few strings for me as I ordered the car on 12/12/2012 and the build week was 5 so I didn't expect it until the end of the month.
Picking her up on Friday but in the meantime I've got to drop off my RS3 on Wednesday as they are swapping the tracker over to the RS4 and they are lending me................
an R8 V10 spider until Friday
Hope I don't like it too much.
Also for information the V spokes are now a no cost option if you order the sports pack as the order now shows them as such.
Role on Friday (or should I say Wednesday)

Let me get this straight?
You've just been on holiday to portugal, you've got to blat your RS3 to the local stealer. Borrow an R8 Spider while there's this awful spring weather about, then go back a couple of days later to pick up your new RS4.
Does your misses call you golden balls?

Sorry but I'm not great a taking pictures but I'll get a few more up when I've cleaned her up as the weather wasn't great today.
Anyway here she is;
I didn't get the R8 in the end because it was broken!!!!!! I had the pleasure of an A5 3.0TDI black edition which I have to say was a very good car. I'm getting the R8 in a few weeks time for a couple of days so all is not lost.
Anyway now need to start reading the manual, this could take a while!!!

Nice i'm going for the same with the black optics but the rotor alloys and no tech pack very nice enjoy your new toy
